 Outpatient Treatment

Tailored to fit individual needs.  This may include educational sessions, individual counseling & group therapy.

 


Children & Adolescents

Individualized & goal-oriented mental health counseling for children ages 6+, adolescents, & families.  Specialized behavioral programs are designed to address at-risk & abused or neglected children & their families, & children living with adults/parents with chemical dependency.


Family Involvement

The family is an important part of the recovery process.  Therapy is provided for family members, significant others, & couples to help them understand the illness & how their role in treatment & recovery is monumental.

 


Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

A highly structured and supportive setting that allows individuals to address dual diagnosis, family issues, chronic relapse, and addict thinking. IOP treatment is beneficial for those who have had prior treatment, but yet continue to struggle with this disease.  Includes substance abuse and relapse prevention education, multi-family group, process group and 16 weeks of continuing care.


 

 Turning Point of Central FL,  established in 1995, is licensed by the Florida Department of Children and Families. We are a designated provider for the IPN - Impaired Professional Nurses, PRN (Professional Resource Network), and the Ryan White Care Act -Part A Program,  Florida Safety Council, Community Based Care of Central FL and probation offices in the Central FL area.
